For students who are not in the medical field and need a CPR/First Aid class. These are offered in a hybrid format where you complete the cognitive portion online and then complete an in-person skills check to receive your certification.
The AHA Heartsaver First Aid Only classes are held in-person and include topics such as how to use an epinephrine pen, how to control bleeding and apply bandaging, and recognizing elements of common injuries and illnesses which may require first aid.
For any student who has completed part 1 of the NRP online learning course (Basic or Advanced) and needs the Part 2 Skills Session. This course is for healthcare providers working in an area of the hospital that comes into contact with newborns such as ED, NICU, and L&D.
The Safe Sitter® course prepares students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. The class is filled with fun activities, videos, games, and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use CPR manikins to practice choking rescue and CPR!

We issue your official AHA certification at the end of your class so you have it before you ever leave our office!
No. Virtual classes are not permitted by the American Heart Association. Hands-on practice is mandatory. AHA offers an alternative to the traditional in-person classes through a hybrid option to reduce in-person class time. You can register for any of our AHA classes by choosing the class you need from our AHA schedule of classes, selecting a date, and paying for your class online to reserve your spot. Our classes fill up quickly so we recommend registering early. We do not accept walk-ins.
