Mid-Florida CPR - Group CPR Class Quote Request

We can provide on-site training at your location or we can send an instructor to your office for the AHA class you need. Locations within Seminole County are charged a $50 travel fee and locations outside of Seminole County are charged a $75 travel fee on top of the course fee. There is no travel fee for private classes held at our office in Longwood, FL. There is a minimum of 6 students required for any private group class. Submission of this form is only for a quote – not for scheduling a class. We will contact you with pricing after we receive the form.
